Certainly, the culture of every society has a decisive role in the field of social action, while political culture is of the utmost importance in the political arena of society as it links to political action. It is in this context that examining the behavioral patterns of Arab societies and their impact on macro-political structures are new topics in the field of political studies of Arab societies, and the connection between the two categories contributes to a proper understanding of the subject. Therefore, the purpose of this issue is to look specifically at those social behaviors that in the historical process, as a relatively stable general tradition, organize the above structures. Accordingly, the present study, in the theoretical framework of behaviorism and with a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to investigate the impact of Arab-cultural behavioral patterns on the process of democracy realization in the Middle East. The findings of the study suggest that the diversity of behavioral patterns and political culture in the Arab world, such as: authoritarianism, the unrestrained presence of informal groups, nationalism, and pan-Arabism as a cultural structure, prevent the establishment of an overall process towards attaining a definite awareness present in the realization of democracy. That foreign intervention and colonialism are another major obstacle to the realization of democracy in the Arab world
