The attack of October 7th and the following events marked the beginning of fundamental and significant transformations in the West Asia region, setting off a chain reaction of events that had profound impacts on regional actors, particularly the Axis of Resistance. Among the consequences of these developments were the fall of Bashar al-Assad's government in Syria, the martyrdom of Hezbollah leaders in Lebanon, and attacks by the Zionist regime and the United States against Iran, which were carried out within the framework of Western powers' policy of providing comprehensive support to the Zionist regime. This article, emphasizing Iran's position within the Axis of Resistance and adopting an analytical-descriptive approach within the theoretical framework of "Regional Security Complexes" and the research method of "Scenario Analysis," seeks to answer the main question: What will be the strategic consequences of the October 7th events for the Axis of Resistance? The findings of the research indicate that the transformations following the war have exposed the region to fundamental changes. According to the two scenarios discussed in this study, the region's security architecture will undergo changes, and in both scenarios, the Axis of Resistance will face serious challenges.
