After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the revolutionary authorities quickly established new institutions to restore order in order to control the chaotic situation caused by the collapse of the Pahlavi regime. Popular support for the goals of the Islamic Revolution also required the creation of institutions that could effectively mobilize social forces in pursuit of those goals.
The most important Institution Building in the Islamic Republic of Iran has been the establishment of the Islamic Jurisprudence and the leadership of the Islamic system. In addition to formally interacting with the three legislatures, this important and innovative institution is Institutional Builder and based on the interests of the Islamic system and its needs, It has taken the initiative, and by establishing political, military - security, economic, judicial, and scientific - cultural institutions to address the country's various problems, while also providing an efficient political system, has also restrained the internal and external crises of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to the title of this article, it seems that the Institutional Approach is a good method to study the subject. As one of the main pillars of political science, the institutional approach focuses on the formal rules, procedures, and organizations of government. That is, the institutional approach is the "science of the state", which is at the heart of political science. Fundamentally, the institutionalist approach may be considered both as a content issue for the very essence of institutions and as a method and finally as a theory.
