The findings by studying seven Arab countries (Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, and Yemen as revolutionary cases and Algeria, Morocco, and Bahrain as non-revolutionary cases) in a historical-comparative method show that the four countries, before the ruling regime overthrow, have experienced various forms of external pressure. But the other three countries (Algeria, Morocco, and Bahrain) which, despite the many similarities with the revolutionary cases, remained immune from the forced and non-institutional transfer of power, have been spared from external pressures against the ruling regime during popular protests. Moreover, can be said that external pressure in support of the established government or the protesters is an essential and critical factor in determining the difference between failed revolutionary situations (such as what happened in Bahrain) or the continuation of the revolutionary situation in Arab countries.}, keywords = {Arab Revolutions,External Pressure,Revolutionary Situations}, title_fa = {نقش فشارهای خارجی در موفقیت، شکست و تداوم وضعیت‌های انقلابی در کشورهای عربی}, abstract_fa = {این مقاله در صدد پاسخ به این سؤال است که آیا عامل «فشارهای خارجی» می‌تواند تفاوت در موفقیت، شکست و یا تدوام وضعیت‌های انقلابی را در کشورهای عربی در سال 2011 تبیین نماید؟ یافته‌های مقاله با مطالعه هفت کشور عربی (تونس، مصر، لیبی و یمن به عنوان موردهای انقلابی و الجزایر، مراکش و بحرین به عنوان موردهای غیر انقلابی) به روش تطبیقی تاریخی نشان می‌دهد که چهار کشوری که در آن‌ها انقلاب رخ داده است اشکال گوناگونی از فشارهای خارجی را پیش از سرنگونی رژیم حاکم تجربه کرده‌اند؛ اما سه کشور دیگر (الجزایر، مراکش و بحرین) که علیرغم شباهت‌های زیاد با موردهای انقلابی، از انتقال قهرآمیز و غیرنهادین قدرت مصون ماندند از فشارهای خارجی بر علیه رژیم حاکم در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در امان بوده‌اند. علاوه بر این می‌توان گفت که فشارهای خارجی، در حمایت از دولت مستقر و یا در حمایت از معترضین، عامل مهم و کلیدی در تعیین تفاوت میان وضعیت‌های انقلابی شکست خورده (نظیر آنچه در بحرین رخ داد)، به سرانجام رسیده و یا تداوم وضعیت انقلابی در کشورهای عربی بوده است.        }, keywords_fa = {انقلاب‌های عربی,فشارهای خارجی,وضعیت‌های انقلابی}, url = {https://iws.shahed.ac.ir/article_3845.html}, eprint = {https://iws.shahed.ac.ir/article_3845_d064417452a659f9957b860908b85186.pdf} }
