The unrest in Tunisia and Egypt has led to what is referred to as the Jas and Nile revolutions, respectively. Given the political, economic, social, and cultural commonalities of these countries, the revolutions in question seem to have had similar roots. However, the process of change in these countries was not the same. The youth and working-class coalition played an influential role in initiating and carrying out the unrest in the countries in question. But the way the army reacts to the developments on the one hand and the reaction of Islamist currents to the space provided in the light of these unrests on the other hand shows the difference in the events in question. In this regard, although the Tunisian revolution is the only successful protest in the Arab world; But the return of figures of the pre-revolutionary period to power in both countries indicates a new pattern of reform revolutions called refolutions. In the present article, in the light of the descriptive-analytical research method and relying on crisscross methods of analogy and induction, the influential elements in the emergence and directing the unrest in Tunisia and Egypt, are studied.}, keywords = {Arab unrest,Refolutions,Tunisia,Egypt,Army}, title_fa = {بررسی تطبیقی انقلاب‌های تونس و مصر در بستر ناآرامی‌های عربی}, abstract_fa = {با شروع دومینوی ناآرامی در سرزمینهای عربی، تونس و مصر اولین دولتهای عرب بودند که به عنوان خاستگاه و نقطه آغاز این طغیانها دستخوش تحولات سیاسی و اجتماعی شدند. ناآرامیهای مذکور در کشورهای تونس و مصر به نتایجی انجامید که از آنها به ترتیب با عناوین انقلابهای یاس و نیل یاد میشود. با توجه به اشتراکات سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی کشورهای مذکور به نظر میرسد  انقلابهای مورد بحث دارای ریشههای مشابهای بودند. با این حال، روند تغییرات در کشورهای مزبور یکسان نبود. در حالی که ائتلاف جوانان و طبقه کارگر در آغاز و انجام ناآرامیهای مذکور در کشورهای مورد بحث نقشی تاثیرگذار داشت. اما نحوه برخورد ارتش با تحولات از یک سو و واکنش جریانهای اسلامگرا به فضای فراهم شده در پرتو این ناآرامیها از سوی دیگر بیانگر وجود تفاوت در حوادث مورد بحث است. در این ارتباط، با آن که انقلاب تونس تنها اعتراض موفق در جهان عرب معرفی میشود؛ اما بازگشت عناصر دوره پیش از انقلاب به قدرت در هر دو کشور نشان از الگوی جدید انقلابهای اصلاحاتی دارد که بدان اصقلاب گفته میشود. در مقاله حاضر سعی بر آن است در پرتو روش پژوهشی توصیفی-تحلیلی و با اتکاء به شیوههای متقاطع قیاس و استقراء عناصر تاثیرگذار در بروز و هدایت ناآرامی در دو کشور تونس و مصر مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {ناآرامی‌های عربی,اصقلاب,تونس,مصر,ارتش}, url = {https://iws.shahed.ac.ir/article_3166.html}, eprint = {https://iws.shahed.ac.ir/article_3166_455330df38dad2de963f061f1c6f00d7.pdf} }
